“Breathwork for Performance” 30-60min workshops via Zoom
“Breathwork for Performance” is a stress-reduction and mindfulness class that focuses on oxygenation and relaxation. Part lecture, part interactive breathing exercises, plus an "active meditation," participants will gain the knowledge and tools for proper breathing, identify their own dysfunctional breathing patterns, benefit from immediately applicable exercises and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

WHAT TO EXPECT
I’ll provide short teaching on anatomy, psychology and emotional well-being, followed by interactive instruction in proper breathing mechanics and an uplifting “active” meditation breathing practice. My intention is to make breathwork accessible to everyone and I teach practical, science-based concepts. Workout clothes are not required; non-constrictive, comfortable clothes that allow for freedom of movement will suffice. Participants can sit in a chair or on the ground - whatever is most comfortable. Participants can expect to experience both immediate and delayed positive responses to oxygenating their body. I will provide handouts and resources to support continued practice and progress.

Policies
For the time being, all workshops are delivered via Zoom.
For customized events and retreats, a deposit of 20% of the fee is due to reserve the time. Should client’s circumstances hinder the provision of service, balance is still due the originally‐scheduled day of service and we will re‐schedule.
