“The Breathing Class” 30-60min workshops via Zoom

“The Breathing Class,” created by Dr. Belisa Vranich, is a stress-reduction and mindfulness class that focuses on oxygenation and relaxation. Part lecture, part interactive breathing exercises, plus an "active meditation," participants will gain the knowledge and tools for proper breathing, identify their own dysfunctional breathing patterns, benefit from immediately applicable exercises and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I’ll provide short lecture on anatomy, psychology and emotional well-being, followed by interactive instruction in breathing exercises and an uplifting “active” meditation breathing practice. My intention is to make breathwork accessible to everyone and I teach practical, science-based concepts. Workout clothes are not required; non-constrictive, comfortable clothes that allow for freedom of movement will suffice. Participants can sit in a chair or on the ground - whatever is most comfortable. I have direct access to Dr. Belisa and team, if any concerns arise after a workshop related to stress, mental health or any issue of psychological/emotional well-being. Participants can expect to experience both immediate and delayed positive responses to oxygenating their body. I will provide handouts and resources to support continued practice and progress.

WHY TAKE THIS WORKSHOP

This one workshop will address multiple employee concerns, from back pain to creativity, heightened morale and productivity. Participants will learn breathing techniques to optimize the body and mind. The Breathing Class Workshop is The Ultimate Natural Cure for Stress. This is also a fantastic team-building workshop!

Policies

  •  For the time being, all workshops are delivered via Zoom.

  •  A 3% surcharge will be added to the price for credit card payments.

  •  For customized events and retreats, a deposit of 20% of the fee is due to reserve the time. Should client’s circumstances hinder the provision of service, balance is still due the originally‐scheduled day of service and we will re‐schedule.
