Let’s breathe.

Integrative Breathwork

These integrative techniques and breathwork patterns are designed for relaxation, and can be easily “integrated” throughout your busy day. They can offer a quick and effective way to regulate the nervous system, come back to the PRESENT MOMENT and induce a sense of calm. These methods do not take us into altered states, they simply enhance and shift energy and awareness in the present.

Meditative Breathwork

These meditative techniques often use a more active, repetitive breath pattern, where we are able to flush the body with oxygen and allow ourselves to drop into relaxed state, bypass our mind and release stuck emotional energy in the body. In this state, we are able to move beyond the realm of thinking and into the realm of “being” in the present moment. Participants commonly experience a release and heightened clarity and a deeper connection to their inner wisdom and the Holy Spirit. This powerful practice allows us to support our body and heart is healing and releasing. Breathwork is a personal journey, what you experience will vary from others and will vary from session to session. This type of breathwork should only be done with a certified facilitator.

“You are worth the quiet moment. You are worth the deeper breath. You are worth the time it takes to slow down, be still and rest. ”
