What if you could release your stress and anxiety, cultivate a sense of peacefulness within and uplevel your life, just by changing the way you breathe?

Breathing is the only involuntary function in our body that we actually still have the power to control. As a certified breathwork facilitator and guide, I help you use your breath to reconnect to your body in order to safely release built up stress, anxiety and stuck energy in the body, all within a safe, nurturing container. There’s no time like the PRESENT MOMENT to start living with more ease and calm.
