Individual & Couples Sessions

I offer a limited number of individual and couples sessions each month, customized to your specific concerns or wellness objectives. I recommend starting with the “Package of 3 - 60min breathwork sessions” as it gives us a few sessions to get clear on your intention, and gently and safely introduce your body to active breathing for an extended period of time. You’ll leave each session feeling grounded, relaxed and rejuvenated. You will experience the profound impact breathwork can have on your mind-body-spirit.

Group Sessions & Programs

I occasionally offer monthly themed “drop in” virtual group workshops, which I share via my email newsletter - so please make sure you’ve subscribed to my email list! I also offer customized group programs, where we can build a workshop or a series of group sessions around specific wellness themes and intentions. Each breathwork experience is specifically designed to support women in going on a transformational journey of releasing, healing and deepening their connection to their inner wisdom and to spirit.
