My mission is to walk alongside women in midlife as they navigate life’s transitions and become who they were always meant to be—returning to what matters most: their body, their faith, their truest self, and a life they truly love.

Julie Roebken is the founder of Mindfulhaus and Women Who Rest®, a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Spiritual Mentor, and devoted follower of Jesus. She creates spaces where women in midlife can slow down, reconnect with God, and rediscover what it means to be fully alive.

Julie believes the most meaningful transformation happens not through striving, but by slowing down enough to hear God's voice, tend to the soul, and rediscover the life we were created to live. Blending nervous system regulation and embodiment practices with neuroscience and spiritual formation, she gently guides women toward lasting transformation from the inside out.

My Journey Back to an Unhurried Life.

For much of my life, I believed that staying busy meant I was living a full life. Like so many women, I poured myself into my career, my family, and the people and opportunities that mattered deeply to me. I genuinely loved my life. I just didn't realize the pace at which I was living it was quietly taking a toll.

But beneath the surface, my body was telling a different story. Chronic stress had become my normal. Persistent physical symptoms, exhaustion and a growing sense of disconnection quietly revealed what I had been too busy to see—that the pace of my life was no longer sustainable.

Looking back, I can see that what felt like an interruption was actually an invitation.

That season became the beginning of a different kind of journey—not toward becoming someone new, but toward returning to the person God had created me to be.

As I learned to slow down, breathe intentionally, and pay attention to both God's presence and the signals my body had been sending all along, I discovered something unexpected: the most meaningful transformation doesn't happen through striving harder. It happens when we create space to hear God's voice, tend to the soul, and rediscover what it means to be fully alive.

Today, through Mindfulhaus and Women Who Rest®, I have the privilege of walking alongside other women as they embrace that same invitation.

Thank you so much for being here!

xo, Julie
