My mission is to walk alongside women in midlife as they navigate life’s transitions - helping them return to what matters most: their faith, their purpose, and a life they truly love.

I’m a mom, wife, believer, breathwork facilitator, and spiritual mentor - walking this path right alongside you. I’ve spent much of my life exploring both personal and spiritual growth, with a deep focus on the nervous system and how it shapes our experience of life.

My heart is to support women in midlife who are carrying the quiet weight of anxiety, fear, or constant striving - and help them gently lay it down. I believe God is inviting us into more: more freedom, more spaciousness, more joy, more connection to what truly matters.

I guide women in slowing down and simplifying, not to retreat from life, but to reclaim it - to embody sacred rhythms that make room for the thoughts they want to think, the relationships they long to nurture, and the life they’re ready to live in this next beautiful chapter.

 Hi there, I’m Julie!

Originally an Oklahoma girl, I've called the beautiful state of Colorado home for the last 25+ years, alongside my two grown children, my husband and our 8 year old son (+ our beloved sheepadoodle, Presley).

My life is a tapestry woven with highs and lows, a relentless pursuit of holistic wellness, and a steadfast love for Jesus. Several years ago, I found myself confronting the frightening effects of chronic stress on both mind and body, a wake-up call that propelled me onto a search for natural, sustainable stress management tools and strategies. Despite my dedication to healthy living and spiritual practices, I sensed there was still something missing—a more natural way of releasing stress in the body. I felt that my soul was craving more simplicity and spaciousness, and a different (more aligned) way of living my life.

Through prayer, intensive research and soul-searching, I discovered the transformative power of breathwork and embracing a slower lifestyle. My work is a testament to the profound impact of breathwork and embodiment practices on personal and spiritual growth. Along with spiritual disciplines such as Simplicity, Silence & Solitude, these modalities have brought me profound emotional healing, reconnected me with my inner wisdom, and deepened my relationship with the Holy Spirit in ways I never imagined.

This work has enriched my relationships, my life, my impact, my spiritual formation and my overall sense of well-being. Today, my purpose is clear: mentoring women in midlife who are ready to slow down, rest more, release chronic busyness and embrace an unhurried, spiritually connected life.
