Julie Roebken, founder
My mission is to support women in slowing down, finding more presence and connecting deeply to their life, to God, to their loved ones and their purpose.
Mom, Believer, Breathwork Facilitator, Slow Living mentor and advocate for Simple Joy. I’ve spent the majority of my life pursuing both personal and spiritual development and studying the mind-body connection. Breathwork, unhurried living and embodiment practices have had a profound impact on my health, personal fulfillment and overall well-being. My life’s mission and purpose now is to inspire and support women in midlife in releasing the anxiety/fear/overwhelm they’ve been carrying and experience MORE in the best years of their life. Within our community, I support women in slowing down, simplifying and creating rhythms that help cultivate the thoughts, the feelings, the relationships and the spaciousness they want in their next season of life. My intention is to illuminate the power of breath, spiritual connection and intentional living for deep healing, purpose and emotional freedom. The more we heal ourselves, the more we heal our community and our world.
Hi there, I’m Julie!
Originally an Oklahoma girl, I've called the beautiful state of Colorado home for the last 25+ years, alongside my two grown children, my husband and our 8 year old son (+ our beloved sheepadoodle, Presley).
My life is a tapestry woven with highs and lows, a relentless pursuit of holistic wellness, and a steadfast love for Jesus. Several years ago, I found myself confronting the frightening effects of chronic stress on both mind and body, a wake-up call that propelled me onto a search for natural, sustainable stress management tools and strategies. Despite my dedication to yoga, healthy living, and spiritual practices, I sensed there was still something missing—a more natural way of releasing stress in the body. I felt that my soul was craving more simplicity and spaciousness, and a different (more aligned) way of living my life.
Through prayer, intensive research and soul-searching, I discovered the transformative power of breathwork and embracing a slower lifestyle. Guided by esteemed mentors like Dr. Belisa Vranich and an immersive 7-month certification program with Pause Breathwork, I delved deep into the art of conscious breathing for healing, nervous system regulation and self-discovery. I then furthered my studies in embodiment work and became a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach through The School of Embodied Arts.
My work is a testament to the profound impact of breathwork and embodiment practices on personal and spiritual growth. Along with spiritual disciplines such as Silence & Solitude, these modalities have brought me profound emotional healing, reconnected me with my inner wisdom, and deepened my relationship with the Holy Spirit in ways I never imagined. This work has enriched my relationships, my life, my impact, my spiritual formation and my overall sense of well-being. I can’t help but want to share it with everyone and spread the LOVE. Today, my purpose is clear: mentoring women in midlife who are ready to slow down, rest more, release chronic busyness and embrace an unhurried, spacious life.
Thank you so much for being here!
xo, julie
